Research

Development of non-invasive and above all radiation-free imaging procedures is one of the main focuses of the division. International multidisciplinary networking with other institutions including in biomedical engineering and medical informatics allows us to chart completely new paths and make progress in our research.

Our research unit

The Digital Information and Imaging research unit is affiliated with our division. This unit is concerned with how examination data can be evaluated even more precisely so that quantitative data is also available for the diagnosis.
